    Valeo continues to expand its digital customer support network by launching the Help Center in Latvia. The new support center provides automotive professionals, workshops, and drivers with easier access to technical assistance in Latvian, as well as a range of digital tools and technical resources.

    TechAssist – Technical Information and Parts Search in One Place

    Users in Latvia can now receive support via both email and Live Chat. In addition, a dedicated Latvian portal provides access to the TechAssist platform, allowing users to search for spare parts, access technical documentation, and make use of training materials.

    An integrated translation tool enables Valeo’s technical experts to provide high-quality support in multiple languages, helping customers resolve technical issues more quickly and efficiently.

    Valeo Help Center Is Now Available in 22 Countries

    Latvia is one of the latest countries to join the Valeo Help Center network. The project has also recently been launched in Malta, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Moldova.

    Customers in these markets now benefit from a comprehensive digital support service, including dedicated local pages, access to the TechAssist platform, and professional technical assistance in their native language.

    Valeo states that the development of the Help Center will continue, with further expansion of digital services and technical support for automotive professionals across Europe.
