• BAWER manufactures high-tech, avant-garde steel products for the AUTOMOTIVE – Toolboxes, MEDICINE and MUSEUM markets.
The BAWER production process is based on an “all in one” method: creation, design, engineering, production, assembly, installation, after-sales service. Each stage is followed with care and attention to ensure that customers receive a level of product quality and of tailor-made services based on their needs.
BAWER use steel to manufacture products, in all its various finishes, alloys and thicknesses, each corresponding to the specific use required by the different market areas.
BAWER chooses raw materials carefully and rigorously, and they scrupulously and continuously carry out control tests on each individual component, at all stages of the production cycle, up to the shipment of the finished product, to ensure its utmost perfection.
The integrated use of other materials such as fine wood, glass and lighting systems is guaranteed by the collaboration with a specialised network of partners, controlling and guaranteeing its quality and reliability.
Technological innovation is company’s added value. The machineries used for the steel processing are highly innovative and avant-garde, enabling Aspöck to use advanced technologies such as laser cutting and welding and multiple-axis bending, passing from air folded to arc and standard welding (TIG – MIG – MAG) in order to manufacture our products. These forefront and highly innovative technologies allow Bawer to be extremely flexible in its manufacturing processes.
BAWER designs by using three-dimensional CAD systems which help to cut the prototype development and start-up times, ensuring high standards already in the preliminary phase. During the product engineering phase, BAWER engineers carry out attentive assessments of all possible causes of failure and risk by means of standardised methodologies (FMEA and Risk Analysis), identifying the necessary corrective actions.
